Sign Up

  • Q: I don’t have an account yet – what do I do?
    A: To create a Wiley Learning Institute account, simply 1) click the Sign Up/Sign In link in the top right corner, 2) click the “Create an Account” button on the following screen, and 3) follow the instructions.

    NOTE: If you previously have purchased from Wiley Learning Institute or used its services, you may already have an account.
 

Participate

  • Q: I have a Flex Pass. Do I still need it?
    A: A Flex Pass was a special code that we previously required to activate your registration for each event.  Flex Passes are no longer necessary! You can access all on-demand events in the library.
  • Q: I can’t remember my password.
    A: To retrieve your password, click on the “lost password” link on the Sign In screen at http://www.WileyLearningInstitute.com/login. Enter your email address and click “Reset Password” and a password reset confirmation will be emailed to you.  You will have to click on a link in that email and a second email will be send with instructions for resetting your password.  If you do not receive these emails or have any questions, please contact us at WileyLearningInstitute@wiley.com.


  • Q: How do I know if I have reviewed an event?
    A: To see all events you have reviewed in the past, click your name at the top right corner after you Sign In, then click on My Events. You may click any item in that list to review it further.

    A: We welcome persons with disabilities and can make reasonable accommodations upon request.
